How to make a flight booking ...
Search from our Fare System and select the fare you prefer and click the <BOOK> button to submit your Booking Request form which will be forwarded to our service center for processing. We will revert as soon as possible about your booking status.
 
Do I need to pay or guarantee at time of submitting my booking request ?
No, You don't need to pay anything at all when you submit your booking. You may make your final decision after we get back to you with the booking confirmation.
 
How can I make payment if I want to purchase the ticket ?
Payment can be made by :1.HongKong Dollars cheque (departure/check-in hotel less than 72hours inclusive sat,sun & public holidays, we’re only accept cash or credit card payment.) 2.Deposit to our Company account : The HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. HSBC 813-131273-838 Filipino (H.K.) Travel Services Ltd. bank-in slip pls send fax to (852)31021200 or e-mail to www.enquiry@filipinohk-travel.com 3.Credit Card we are only accept card holder come to our office for made payment by credit card(VISA or MASTER) will be subject to 3% surcharge.
 
Can I apply for ticket refund in case I cancel my trip ?
Once ticket has been issued, there will be refund penalty + handling fee HKD350 per ticket/person but please note that some tickets are with fixed travelling date and non-refundable. Please click <INFO> to view for the ticket sales condition after you have selected a preferred fare before submitting your booking.
 
How can I receive my ticket ?
For Hong Kong residents, we can send ticket to your office by courier or you can collect ticket from our office. For overseas clients, we can send ticket to the hotel in Hong Kong where you will stay upon your arrival or we can send ticket to you by e-mail.

No, You don't need to pay anything at all when you submit your booking. You may make your final decision after we get back to you with the booking confirmation.
 
Can I get refund in case I want to cancel my hotel booking ?
In case you need to change the period of stay or cancel your booking, you must inform our company as soon as possible, otherwise, no refund will be entertained. There is a cancellation fee depending on time frame of your notice. During high season or trade fair period, most hotel bookings must be guaranteed and no cancellation no refund can be made after payment. For such case, we will advise you at time of booking confirmation.
 
How can I check-in the hotel ?
You must check-in the hotel with your passport upon arrival. In case the hotel need a hotel booking voucher, we will send to you in advance.
 
Can I extend or cut my period of hotel stay ?
In case you need to extend or cut your period of stay, you must notify our service center for arrangement. A new room rate may be charged in case the hotel is full.
